Anyone looking for a private party venue or a birthday party location in Vienna usually wants three things: a room to yourselves, good food without the catering stress, and a spot everyone can get to easily. That's exactly what Munchy is built for – at Franz-Josefs-Kai 57, right by the U2/U4 Schottenring station, with its own kitchen, private dining in Vienna's city center and a team that knows how to host a party.
Birthday parties.
Milestone birthday or spontaneous party: in the club room you celebrate undisturbed with your own music, buffet or finger food – and nobody has to clean up after midnight. We take care of that.
Company parties & Christmas parties.
From team nights to the Christmas party: projector and screen for the year in review, drinks packages by arrangement – and the metro right outside the door so everyone gets home easily.
Club & fan club nights.
Your match, your area: fan clubs and societies watch with sound here, with reserved tables and a dedicated area on request – regulars'-table feeling included.
Big-group watch parties.
Champions League night with the whole crew? We block off an area for you, the kitchen delivers burgers and wings, and the screens are all yours.

How much does it cost to hire the club room?
That depends on the day of the week, the duration and the number of guests. Send us the key details of your event – you'll have an offer the same day. Often an agreed minimum spend is all it takes instead of a fixed room fee.
How many people fit in the club room?
It depends on the seating: more standing, fewer with a fully set table. Tell us your headcount, and we'll tell you honestly whether the club room works or an area in the main venue is the better choice.
Can we bring our own music or a DJ?
Yes – stage, sound system and tech are all in place. DJ, a playlist from your phone or a live band: we've seen it all.
Is there food for groups?
Buffet, finger food or a set menu – the kitchen puts together food to match the occasion, vegetarian and vegan included.
Can Munchy be booked as a fully private event?
Yes – the club room, an area or the whole venue can be booked for exclusive use. You celebrate among yourselves, with dedicated service from our team.
Can the whole venue be hired exclusively?
Yes. For big occasions we open the whole of Munchy exclusively for you – with screens, stage, kitchen and bar.
