Which area fits your team.
The vaulted room downstairs, entirely yours: own bar zone, screen and projector for the year in review, a stage for DJ or band, space to dance. Nobody upstairs hears a thing.
The bright area upstairs with screens and a view over the Kai – good for larger teams who would rather sit at tables than stand.
Both floors together as a private event. Screens, kitchen and two bars are yours alone for the evening.

Room, tech, food and the included drinks are all in the package price. Everything comes from our own kitchen – smash burgers, wings and finger food, no outside catering. Vegan and vegetarian options are always in, tell us about allergies beforehand.

Finger-food platters on the tables, refilled twice: Buffalo & BBQ wings, chicken nuggets, chili cheese nuggets, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, sweet chili chicken strips, nachos with cheese & salsa, fries & wedges, dips – vegan: falafel bites with hummus. Plus 2 drinks per person. For standing receptions and relaxed get-togethers.
Smash & Wings €49 p. p.
Welcome drink, finger food to start, then a smash burger of choice from the full menu with fries for everyone, Basque cheesecake to finish. Plus 3 drinks per person. Our classic for teams of 20 to 90.
Burger, Bar & Cheesecake €59 p. p.
Welcome drink, finger food, smash burger of choice with fries or sweet potatoes with parmigiano & truffle, cheesecake with chocolate sauce – and the 4-hour drinks package (beer, wine, spritzers, soft drinks, coffee). For parties that run late.

What does a Christmas party at Munchy cost?
One price per person: Wings & Finger Food € 39, Smash & Wings € 49 or Burger, Bar & Cheesecake € 59 – room, tech, food and the included drinks are in. 30 people with Smash & Wings therefore come to € 1,470 in total. Send us the key details and you'll have a fixed-price proposal the same day.
From how many people is the club room exclusive?
From 20 people the club room is yours alone. Below that we reserve a separate area inside the venue – just ask.
How far in advance should we book?
For December: as early as possible. Fridays and Saturdays in Advent are usually gone by October, while weekdays still work at shorter notice. Holding a date costs nothing.
Can we bring our own decoration or programme?
Yes. Decoration, name cards, raffle, tombola, photo booth – all done before. Just let us know in advance so we can plan space and technology.
Are there vegetarian and vegan dishes?
Always. Vegan burger, falafel burger and falafel bites with hummus are part of every package; other dietary needs are planned in on request.
Can we bring music or a DJ?
Yes – stage, sound system and technology are here. A DJ, a playlist from your phone or a live band all work.
How does invoicing work?
A company invoice with VAT shown, paid by bank transfer or card on the night. We only ask for a deposit with very large groups.
